A delivery order (DO) goes with the goods. It lists what is being delivered and how many, where, and on what date, and your customer signs it to confirm they received the goods in good order. You keep the signed copy as your record of the delivery.
Your company name, UEN and contact, a DO number and date, the customer's name, address and contact, the customer's PO or reference, each item with its quantity and unit, any remarks, and signature boxes for whoever delivered and whoever received the goods.
No. A delivery order confirms what was handed over and asks for no money. The invoice asks for payment. A GST-registered business must issue a tax invoice to a GST-registered customer; a delivery order does not take its place.
IRAS: When to issue a tax invoiceUsually not. The DO is signed by whoever is at the door, so it lists quantities only. Prices go on the quotation and the invoice; put the invoice number on the DO so the two can be matched.
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit. What you type is used to draw the PDF and is not stored by Onehub; your browser keeps a copy so you can come back to it.
Yes, in Onehub. Deliveries are planned on a dispatch board, the driver records photos and the customer's signature on their phone, and a proof-of-delivery PDF with the same layout as this one is made for every stop.
