Terms of Service

Onehub is operated by Kelin Studio Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore (“Onehub”, “we”, “us”). These Terms apply to businesses and their team members who hold an Onehub account.

1. Who these Terms apply to

By creating an account or using Onehub (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.

These Terms do not cover people who fill in a form, place an order, book a visit, sign a document or pay an invoice that one of our customers runs on Onehub. That business is who you are dealing with, and its own terms and privacy policy apply. Onehub only provides the software.

2. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. The information you give us must be accurate, and you must be an adult in the place where you live.

3. Organisations and your data

The Service lets you create organisations and invite members. Owners and admins decide who has access and what each role may do. You own the data you and your customers put into your organisation. You allow us to host and process it only to run the Service for you.

You are responsible for the personal data you collect through Onehub, including having a lawful reason to collect it and telling your own customers how you use it. Set your own terms and privacy policy links under Admin ▸ Branding so your public forms show them. How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You can connect accounts you hold on other platforms, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Xero or QuickBooks. Only connect accounts you are allowed to manage. Your use of each platform stays under its own terms, and you remain responsible for your ads, spend and books there. Onehub only acts on those accounts when someone in your organisation asks it to, and campaigns it creates start paused.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.
• Do not try to break its security or reach data that is not yours.
• Do not disrupt the Service or the systems it runs on.
• Do not send unsolicited marketing through it without the consent the law requires.

5. Fees and payments

Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. Payments you collect from your own customers through Onehub are processed by Stripe under your agreement with Stripe; we do not hold those funds.

6. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your profile settings. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kelin Studio Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes through the Service or by email before they take effect.

9. Governing law and contact
