Pricing questions
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a member of your organisation, or a pending invitation to one. Inviting someone takes a seat straight away; revoking the invitation frees it again. Pro bills for the number of seats you use.
Can I use Onehub for free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. It covers up to 2 members, which is enough to run real orders, quotes and invoices before you bring the rest of the team in.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Seats and support. Free covers up to 2 members; Pro covers unlimited members and adds priority support. Every module (quotes, orders, invoices, scheduling, dispatch, proof of delivery and the rest) is available on both plans.
How much does Pro cost?
$12 per seat per month, or $120 per seat per year (save 16% on paying monthly). A team of 5 on monthly billing pays 5 seats.
Which currency are the prices in?
The currency is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payment is by card through Stripe.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time, from Admin, Billing inside Onehub: update your card, change plan or cancel. When a paid plan ends, the organisation goes back to the Free plan's limits; your records stay.
Do you accept promotion codes?
Yes. Checkout has a field for a promotion code if you have one.
